Terri Walker has more than twenty years of experience working on various projects with renowned, national firms such as NBBJ and APC. Since joining Jennings Ackerley in 1997 she has handled a range of projects and is currently head of the health care studio.
Her professional experience has included full responsibility for all phases of projects including project administration, site analysis, space planning, client coordination and construction administration. Having worked as project manager on many Kaiser Permanente projects, Ms. Walker is extremelyadept at managing budgets and schedules to guarantee the client’s
objectives.
The focus of her career is on project management - from initial concept and programming through close-out and quality review. Terri understands how to guide a project and project-team through each phase of work. This is knowledge that she has gained through experience, knowledge that is essential for the success of any project.
Her expertise lies in coordinating issues and the intersection between the client, the architect, regulatory agencies, and the contractor; vital skills in the management of a project.
